Saturated colour is back. After several seasons of muted neutrals, clients are asking for confident palettes — persimmon with plum, chartreuse against ink, champagne warmed by copper. Colour used with intention reads as luxury, not noise.

Installations are becoming sculptural. Rather than symmetrical arches, we are building asymmetric forms, suspended clouds and free-standing structures that guests can walk through and around.

Tablescapes have turned tactile. Hand-thrown ceramics, raw linen, textured glass and layered candlelight give a table depth that photographs beautifully and feels generous in person.

Lounge moments are replacing rigid seating. Guests linger where they are comfortable, so we design intimate pockets of furniture, rugs and low lighting alongside the main dining space.

And finally, personalisation has gone subtle. Monograms are giving way to quieter cues — a signature scent, a family recipe on the menu, a colour pulled from a childhood home.
